First of Many

At the moment I am in Hawaii, sitting in a dark room. Full of other SM's trying to sleep. So far it has been a good experience. The flight from LAX to Hawaii was good, they have optional direct TV on Airplanes now. Who knew?

There was only a little bit of turbulence ( Praise God this thing has spell check :D ) on the decent. Once we made it here, we took a bus to HMA Hawaii Mission Academy. We had a good lunch and then the adventures began.

Linda took a group of us to the beach. It was nice, the water was refreshing and clear. It was beautiful. And of course we had to get in the water. Then we went to get food. I cant believe that I almost forgot to eat Thai food before I left. We are going to go to Taco Bell too.

We made it back in time for worship, and then we finally split up into our different Islands. It was really interesting to meet everyone.

There is so much potential. I am incredibly excited for this next school year. However, a ever so slight snag, we do not have a Principal yet... or at least not one confirmed. Fun, Fun, but it will be okay. I am not worried. Molly and Darren are... Just a little bit.

I will try to update as much a I can but I cannot promise anything. Sorry. - In addition, I cannot promise perfect grammar or eloquently constructed thoughts or paragraphs. I will do my best to share my experience through my view, and my voice.

- I just wanted to say thank you to all of my Family and Friends for all of the Love and support that they have shown since I have made the decision to go and be an SM. It has been a long journey, and yet it is just beginning. -
